Hello,
On The Mulberry Tree this week, I hope you'll join me to hear my playlist, which includes a song from John Prine in a duet with Susan Tedeschi. John Prine died a few days ago after contracting coronavirus. His music has been featured frequently on my program. His ability to write and deliver such a wide variety of emotions through his music with such relatable lyrics is what made him a songwriting hero in my book, and a legend whose talents and energy will live on whenever we play one of his songs. The song we'll hear this week is "Color of the Blues" found on John's album "For Better or Worse," and you can enjoy that song as this week's sneak peek playlist video by following this link:

SPECIAL NOTE: Beginning Sunday, April 19 and until further notice, you can enjoy encore editions of The Mulberry Tree until I am given the thumbs up to return to the KSMU studio in person to produce new shows for you.
Please join me and these fine guest musicians and songwriters for an hour of music I chose just for you.
